Questions About the Widget

How does the tracking work?

The customer enters their BlueEx number and the result opens on BlueEx Tracking in a new tab, with the current status and past updates.

Is it safe to add to my website?

Yes. There is no script, cookie or iframe in the code, so it cannot slow your pages down or collect anything from visitors.

What if my orders go with more than one courier?

Use the Track My Parcel widget, which works out the courier from the number. This one is best when all your orders ship with BlueEx.

How do I match it to my brand?

Use the colour picker and style choice above before you copy. Small text edits in the code are fine too; please leave the “Powered by BlueEx Tracking” link.

Do I have to pay or register?

Neither. Copy the code and use it on as many pages as you like; just keep the “Powered by BlueEx Tracking” line.
