How to Track blueEX Shipments Online
A short guide to finding your blueEX tracking number, checking your parcel and understanding each update.
How blueEX tracking works
blueEX is the courier brand of Universal Network Systems Limited. It delivers parcels for online stores, businesses and individuals. Every parcel gets its own tracking number when it is booked. Each time the parcel is scanned, at pickup, at a sorting hub or at your door, that scan is added to its record.
Tracking tells you where your order is, confirms that it has left the seller, and warns you when to keep the cash ready for a Cash on Delivery (COD) order. A clear record of scans also helps if there is ever a dispute between you and the seller.
Where to find your blueEX tracking number
You need the courier tracking number, not your store order number. Depending on how the parcel was sent, you will find it in one of these places:
Automated Dispatch SMS
Most stores send an SMS to the buyer when they book the parcel. It includes the courier tracking number and the order value.
Order Confirmation Email
Many online stores email you when your order is packed. Look for a line called "Courier Consignment Note" or "Tracking Code".
Paper Consignment Receipt
If you booked the parcel yourself at a blueEX counter, the number is printed under the barcode on your receipt.

Step-by-Step Tracking Instructions
Copy the tracking number exactly
Copy the number from your SMS or receipt. Leave out spaces, commas and quote marks. blueEX tracking numbers are letters and numbers with no spaces.
Open the tracker
Use the tracking box on this site, or blueEX’s own tracking page.
Paste the number and search
Paste the number into the box and press the button. The tracker checks blueEX’s records and shows the latest scans for that parcel.
Examine the Milestone Timeline
Scans are listed newest first. The top line is the latest update, with the place and time of the scan. Common updates are "Picked Up", "In Transit", "Arrived at Facility" and "Out for Delivery".
Tracking on your phone or computer
Most people track from the link in the store’s SMS. On a phone, a few small things help:
- Avoid Copying Surrounding Text: When you copy from an SMS, the phone may also copy words like "CN:" or "Track:". Paste only the tracking number itself.
- Clear Mobile Browser Cache: If you keep seeing an old status, refresh the page or close and reopen the browser tab.
- Save Booking Screenshots: If you book at a blueEX counter, take a photo of the receipt straight away, so you still have the number if the paper gets lost.
Tracking Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels
Many online orders are paid by Cash on Delivery. If your blueEX parcel is COD, keep these points in mind:
- Prepare Exact Change: When the status changes to "Out for Delivery", check the amount on your order confirmation and keep the exact cash ready.
- Doorstep Verification: Riders cannot let you open a sealed parcel before you pay. If you want to check the item first, agree that with the seller.
- Collection Acknowledgement: After you pay, the rider marks the parcel as "Delivered" and the payment is recorded for the seller.
What to do if blueEX tracking is not updating
Sometimes a tracking number shows "Record Not Found", or the parcel seems stuck in transit. Usually this is normal and the parcel is not lost:
Newly Booked Orders: Stores often print the label before blueEX collects the parcel. The first scan only appears after blueEX picks the parcel up and scans it in.
Inter-City Linehaul Gaps: Parcels travelling between big cities such as Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi are not scanned while they are on the road, so the status may not change for a while.
