blueEX E-Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment
A plain guide to the blueEX services that help online shops store stock, send orders, collect cash on delivery and handle returns.
Technology-Enabled Supply Chain Architecture
blueEX is the brand of Universal Network Systems Limited, which is listed on the GEM board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (scrip GEMUNSL). Its head office is at Plot # 5, Banglore Town, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. blueEX offers delivery services together with online tools for businesses that send many parcels.
Online shops need more than document delivery. They need quick booking for many orders, tracking updates, safe cash on delivery collection and a simple way to handle returns.
The E-Commerce Fulfillment Lifecycle
Most online orders go through these steps, from storing stock to getting paid:
Warehousing
blueEX offers warehousing and e-distribution. Ask blueEX how stock is received, stored and tracked for your account.
Packing and Labelling Orders
When an order comes in, it is packed, given an airway bill with a barcode and made ready for pickup. Connected stores can print airway bills in bulk.
Sorting and Travel
Parcels are sorted at blueEX hubs and sent to the delivery city.
Delivery and Payment
The rider delivers the parcel, collects any COD cash and records the delivery, and the money is later paid to the seller.
Key blueEX Services for Online Sellers
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Many online buyers pay cash on delivery. blueEX collects the cash at the door and pays it to the seller. Ask blueEX for the payment terms of your account.
Return Management
Returns can hurt profits. blueEX offers return management. It tries to deliver twice before a parcel is sent back, and the seller can follow the return with the tracking number.
Warehousing and E-Distribution
For businesses that need stock in more than one place, blueEX offers warehousing and e-distribution. Ask blueEX which cities and services are available.
International Logistics
blueEX also offers international logistics for sending parcels abroad. Ask blueEX about countries, papers and prices.
Good Habits for Online Sellers
These simple habits can cut problems and delays:
Clear Labels
Print airway bills clearly. A smudged or creased barcode may have to be typed in by hand, which slows things down.
Good Packing
Use strong boxes or courier flyers, with enough padding so items do not move during the trip.
Full Addresses
Ask buyers for a full address with the street, block and a landmark, and a mobile number that works. Riders need these to find the buyer.
Ready for Pickup
Have parcels packed and ready before pickup, so they leave as early as possible.
Cutting Returns and Checking Payments
Parcels that are not delivered cost you shipping money and tie up stock. blueEX tries twice and keeps the parcel at the local hub for 48 to 72 hours between tries. If tracking shows the buyer was not available, call or message them quickly to arrange another try. You can also use the PUSH and NUDGE features on the blueEX tracking portal, or WhatsApp +92 313-2752583.
Check your records regularly too. Compare each COD payment with the parcels that were delivered, using the tracking number for each one, so your accounts stay correct.
Connecting Your Store to blueEX
blueEX has a Shopify app and a WooCommerce plugin. They can create 10-digit tracking numbers, print airway bills in bulk, sync stock and send status updates back to your store.
