blueEX Status Codes: What Your Tracking Status Means
Last reviewed: 2026-09-09
blueEX is the brand of Universal Network Systems Limited, listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (scrip GEMUNSL). It offers e-commerce logistics, cash on delivery, warehousing, and delivery within Pakistan and abroad. These services share one tracking system, and the same five statuses apply to all of them. Each one is explained below.
Want the full journey, including every problem status and return? Read our blueEX tracking status meanings guide for the complete walkthrough.
One Thing That Often Confuses People
blueEX tracks parcels within Pakistan and parcels going abroad in the same system. So "In Transit" can mean a parcel moving between cities, or one waiting at customs in another country. Do not worry just because an international parcel seems slower than a domestic one; they take different routes. Sellers who book through the blueEX booking portal (or through the Shopify app or WooCommerce plugin) see the same five statuses. How a parcel was booked does not change the tracking. If you have not entered your tracking number yet, see our tracking tutorial first.
5 blueEX Statuses, Explained
A seller using blueEX’s e-commerce service has created the booking, with the delivery address and any COD amount. The parcel may still be at the seller’s shop or warehouse, waiting to be picked up. This step only shows the booking exists, not that the parcel has moved.
blueEX now has the parcel, collected from the seller or from a blueEX warehouse, and it is on its way to a sorting hub. If the seller also stores stock with blueEX, this step can happen sooner, because the parcel is already in a blueEX building.
The parcel is moving between hubs within Pakistan or, for parcels going abroad, between countries, where customs checks add an extra step. International parcels can stay on this status longer while customs papers are checked. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
A rider has your parcel today. Keep your phone nearby, because a phone that cannot be reached is one of the most common reasons a delivery fails. If it is a COD order, have the right cash ready.
The parcel has been handed over, and any COD payment is recorded for the seller. This is the last status, so there are no more scans. If it says Delivered but you do not have the parcel, contact blueEX support (below) straight away.
Not Every Parcel Goes Straight Through
If a delivery fails, tracking shows a problem status instead of Delivered. Common reasons are an unclear address, nobody being home when the rider calls or a phone that is not answered. blueEX tries to deliver twice, keeping the parcel at the local hub for 48 to 72 hours between tries. If delivery still fails, or the receiver refuses it, blueEX’s return management sends the parcel back to the seller, and you can follow the return in the same tracking system. Both are explained step by step in our full status meanings guide.
