An independent guide to what usually affects blueEX parcel prices, and how to get an exact price.

What Usually Affects the Price

blueEX has not published a public rate card, and we could not confirm its prices. Like most couriers, the price usually depends on the route, the weight, the size of the box and any extra services. There is no single price for every parcel.

Real Weight

Parcels are weighed when they are booked. Couriers usually charge a starting price for the first weight step, then extra for each further step. Ask blueEX for its weight steps.

Size Weight

For big, light parcels, couriers often charge by size weight instead: length x width x height in cm, divided by a number the courier sets. You pay for whichever is higher. Ask blueEX which method it uses.

Routes and Areas

Where the parcel is going usually affects the price. Ask blueEX about your route:

Cash on Delivery (COD) and Other Charges

For online sellers sending cash on delivery orders, there may be other charges on top of the delivery price. Ask blueEX about:

COD fee: Whether there is a fee for collecting the cash, and how it is worked out.
Fuel charge: Whether any fuel charge is added.
Sales tax: Provincial sales tax on services may be added to the courier charge. Check your invoice.
