blueEX Out for Delivery: What It Means and When the Rider Comes

Your blueEX tracking says “Out for Delivery”. Here is what that means and how to make sure you get your parcel today.

What the Status Means

The parcel has arrived at the blueEX hub or express centre that covers your address, and a rider has taken it out on today's round. The next status should be “Delivered”.

blueEX Delivery Hours

blueEX delivers door to door from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays, and branches are closed on those days too.

How to Be Ready for the Rider

  • Keep your phone on between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, as the rider may call for directions.
  • Have the exact amount ready if you are paying cash on delivery.
  • If you will be out, ask someone at home or the building guard to take the parcel.

If You Miss the blueEX Rider

blueEX makes two delivery attempts. If the first one fails because you were out or did not answer, the parcel goes back to the local hub for 48 to 72 hours before the next try. Call blueEX on 021-111-258-339 or email ask@blue-ex.com during that time to arrange delivery. Our guide to a failed blueEX delivery attempt explains the full process.
