Normal Opening Hours

blueEX (Universal Network Systems Limited) has express centers and hubs in major cities. You can drop off parcels and ask questions at these centers.

Branches open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. They are closed on Sundays and public holidays, and close for Friday prayers from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

Drop-Off Times

If you want your parcel to leave quickly, timing matters. We could not confirm blueEX’s cut-off times:

Drop Off Early

The earlier in the day you drop off your parcel, the better its chance of leaving that day. Ask your branch for its cut-off time.

Late Drop-Offs

Parcels dropped off late in the day usually leave the next working day. Ask your branch when this applies.

Self-Collection (Counter Pickup) Guidelines

If you would like to collect a parcel from a branch instead of waiting for delivery, call the helpline first. If it is possible, you will usually need to:

Check that tracking shows the parcel has reached your local hub before you go.
Bring your original CNIC, so staff can check your details.
For cash on delivery parcels, bring the exact amount.
